According to public information, Gong Jinjie, female, Han nationality, born in November 1985, has an on-the-job postgraduate degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Gong Jinjie was the runner-up in the women's track cycling team sprint at the London Olympics in 2012, the women's track cycling team sprint at the Incheon Asian Games in 2014, and the women's track cycling team sprint at the World Championships in 2015.
At the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, Gong Jinjie and his partner Zhong Angel won the women's track cycling team sprint championship, which was also the first Olympic gold medal in China's cycling event.

In March 2020, Gong Jinjie served as the deputy director of the Athletics and Cycling Management Center of the Jilin Provincial Sports Bureau, presiding over the work, and later serving as the director.
According to public reports, in 2023, Gong Jinjie will also serve as the competition director and deputy commander of the cycling project in the Hangzhou Asian Games.
