The Kuaishou platform also issued an announcement to remove 4 illegal micro-short dramas such as "Pregnant Woman" and "Mother-in-law's Kennel", and cleaned up 738 pieces of related content.

It is worth noting that recently, Feng Shengyong, director of the Network Audiovisual Program Management Department of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, said at a forum at the China Online Audiovisual Conference that from June 1, all micro-short dramas broadcasted, drained, and pushed by online audiovisual platforms and small programs must hold an "Online Drama Film Distribution License", or the corresponding online record number of the platform.

According to different investment volumes, micro-short dramas are divided into three categories: "key", "ordinary and others", corresponding to different filing forms. Among them, "other micro-short dramas" with a total investment amount of less than 300,000 yuan and not recommended by the key will be reviewed by the platform that broadcasts or attracts or pushes traffic for them.
