In the past two years, the proportion of new energy orders, clean energy orders and overseas orders has been rising. Compared with traditional energy vehicles, the debugging process and failure modes of new energy vehicles have changed greatly, and we are currently sorting out and opening up the blocking points of the new energy vehicle commissioning process, collecting relevant failure modes, compiling them into a book, and compiling them for training in the fault diagnosis process, as well as the preparation of working methods, so as to improve the physical quality of the vehicle and shorten the order delivery cycle. In recent years, Pan Yuehua has led the team to promote the implementation of a series of projects, and the factory commissioning capacity has increased from 500 units/day to 1,100 units/day, and the factory commissioning efficiency has increased by 34.58%, which can create benefits of more than 300 yuan per year.
