Zhang Guangzhi
Zhang Guangzhi, researcher of the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of the Central Museum of Culture and History, librarian of the Beijing Municipal Research Museum of Culture and History, member of the China Artists Association, national first-class artist, tutor of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Creation Seminar of the School of Arts of Chinese University, president of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the ACCCIM, former vice president of the Beijing Cross-Strait Calligraphy and Painting Association, deputy director of the former district and county art work committee of the Beijing Artists Association, lifetime honorary president of the Jiuzhou Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association of the Beijing Federation of Literature and Literature, Consultant of Beijing Dongcheng District Federation of Literature, Honorary Chairman of Beijing Dongcheng Artists Association, Vice President of the Old Artists Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Vice President of the Chinese Xuan 300 Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice President of the Guoxing Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the United States Federation, former executive director of the Association for the Promotion of Chinese Cultural Exchange and Cooperation, and former executive director of the China Association for the Promotion of Ethnic Minority Arts.
Zhang Guangzhi's paintings are deeply traditional and have a sense of modern creation, which goes deep into life and opens up a new way, with a unique style. He created a work that expresses the style of the Xishuangbanna tropical rainforest region in the southwest border of the motherland. It is very affirmed by industry insiders and leaders of the China Artists Association. His works are deeply loved by people from all walks of life at home and abroad. Comrade Gao Zhanxiang, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, former secretary of the party group and executive vice chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, once wrote an inscription for his art exhibition when he was in office, praising his artistic creation: "Take the quality of the country and get the soul of Banna". He has held solo exhibitions in Rongbaozhai in Beijing, Taimiao Exhibition Hall of Beijing Cultural Palace, Yantai Art Museum in Shandong, Taiwan Hall in Beijing and other places. He has also participated in group exhibitions in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Lithuania, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Nepal, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Southeast Asia. His unique art works depicting the style of Xishuangbanna have attracted the attention of collectors at home and abroad. In 2017, the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau awarded Zhang Guangzhi the honorary title of 2015-2017 Advanced Individual in the Beijing Social Organization System.
