According to public information, on March 11 this year, Nansha Industrial Development Co., Ltd. successfully bid for the 2024NJY-1 plot through its wholly-owned project company, Guangzhou Nansha Zhixue Technology Co., Ltd.
The land plot is located in the Nansha hub block, southeast of Siyong and northwest of Zhujiang Jiayuan, with a land area of 30 years, a total land area of 41,464 square meters (about 62.19 acres), and a plot ratio of ≤ 1.0.
Lot 2024NJY-1 will be used for the construction of a high-standard general senior high school, which is expected to accommodate about 1,800 students. The total investment of the project is about 360 million yuan, including teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, administrative buildings, libraries, gymnasiums, student dormitories, 400-meter track and field fields and corresponding outdoor activity venues, which fully meet the daily teaching and living needs of teachers and students.
