Accident alarm systems such as door magnets, smoke detectors, and medical calls for help are added to the homes of the elderly, so that when an accident occurs for the elderly, relevant personnel can be notified in time to carry out rapid rescue; The application of a variety of new products such as anti-slip mats, bath chairs, U-shaped armrests, sensor lights, bath chairs, etc., aims to create a safe, convenient and comfortable home living space for the elderly.
(2) Full coverage of "grid + Internet" services. The Yihe Lane community has opened a video account livelihood service column to innovate a new model of service work for the elderly. The introduction of this model effectively solves the problems of poor information transmission and untimely service response in traditional community governance. Where the needs of the masses are, the services of the unit chief and the building chief will be extended. Ma Yanlin of Building 5 of Aowei Garden Community is a retired and enthusiastic resident, and under the call of the community, Ma Yanlin took the initiative to serve as the building chief, actively participated in community governance with his rich community life experience and deep emotional advantages between neighbors, and took the initiative to create a "corridor culture", and was awarded the honor of outstanding building chief in Huimin District in 2023.
