The hardware industry is an important carrier of the Leliu economy, and there are nearly 1,000 hardware industry-related enterprises in the jurisdiction. In recent years, Leliu Street has continued to deepen and promote the hardware industry cluster strategy, and make every effort to play the "trump card" of "Leliu Hardware". In 2023, Leliu Street will launch the "Golden Ten" to improve quality and efficiency. Stepping into 2024, Leliu Street will closely follow the three-year action plan for tackling the root cause of safe production, study and formulate the "Three-year Action Work Plan for Tackling the Root Cause of Safe Production in Leliu Street Hardware Industry", and launch the "Ten Safety Measures" to inject new safety power into the high-quality development of Leliu hardware industry!
"Hardware enterprises will use a large number of production machinery and equipment in production and operation, and the risk of mechanical injury is high. At the same time, high-risk operations such as hot work, high-altitude work, hoisting work, and fire safety risks also exist. Huang Deming said.
Based on this, Leliu Street took the lead in formulating the "Leliu Street Hardware Industry Safety Production Root Cause Three-year Action Work Plan", and launched the "Ten Safety Articles of the Hardware Industry", that is, to establish and improve the basic information of hardware industry supervision, carry out safety production assistance actions in the hardware industry, promote the application of safety devices in machinery and equipment, and implement ten measures such as risk classification management of hardware enterprises, and further consolidate the foundation of safety production in the hardware industry by focusing on the transformation of safety production governance model to pre-prevention.
According to the plan, Leliu Street strives to fully cover the investigation and elimination of major accidents in hardware enterprises in the jurisdiction by the end of 2024, and give priority to the establishment of 100 hardware enterprise safety demonstration sites; by the end of 2025, all hardware enterprises will be promoted to basically form a standardized management system for enterprise safety production with independent management and continuous improvement; by the end of 2026, a normalized mechanism for investigation and rectification of dynamic clearance and closed-loop management of hidden dangers will be formed, and the intrinsic safety level of enterprises will be greatly improved.
"Next, Leliu Street will transform the blueprint into concrete actions, promote the hardware industry's 'safety ten' with high standards, strict requirements and practical measures, and take the hardware industry as an entry point to promote the overall improvement of the safety management level of all walks of life in the jurisdiction, realize high-quality development and high-level safety benign interaction, and jointly write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Leliu. In the next stage, Shunde District will use the modern risk management concept to help enterprises introduce insurance governance methods and risk reduction working mechanisms, and promote the implementation of the main responsibility of production safety of production and operation units in various industries with the preventive service function of safety liability insurance, and comprehensively sort out the safety management status, so as to further play the role of "golden bell jar" of safety liability insurance.
Li Fabin stressed: It is necessary to implement strong supervision and control over insurance institutions, standardize the behavior of insurance institutions, and ensure the quality of insurance services; implement strong law enforcement against enterprises that do not cooperate with the work, fail to implement the management of hidden dangers on schedule, and still have relatively large hidden dangers, and seriously investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal acts; implement strong punishments for enterprises that have accidents, and force enterprises to fulfill the main responsibility for production safety by raising the cost of accidents.
At the meeting on the same day, the promotion of safety and liability insurance in the industry and trade industry of Shunde District to help enterprises in risk prevention and control was launched simultaneously, and the signing ceremony of the letter of intent of the insurance enterprises insured under the safety and liability insurance 4.0 program was held. This year, Shunde District will fully implement the upgrade action of "safety production liability insurance".
