The most eye-catching thing in the whole seedling raising center is the two sets of circulating motion seedling raising equipment. Through the intelligent control panel, the equipment technicians can intelligently adjust the conditions such as "moisture, light, water, gas, and fertilizer". With the water outlet in front of the machine spraying a mixture of water and fertilizer, the two seedling raising equipment are driven by their respective 2.2 kilowatt engines and transmitted by more than 40 gears, driving nearly 3,000 trays of seedlings up and down in the seedling raising machine.
According to the on-site staff, due to the lack of light in the plant, the seedling raising machine is also equipped with lighting equipment to ensure that each tray of seedlings can get sufficient "water, fertilizer and light". The design of this automatic lifting cycle can also promote air circulation between seedlings, which is conducive to their growth. It only takes about an hour to complete each cycle, which greatly reduces the labor cost and time cost compared with the traditional manual seedling raising.
