The competition received a total of 827 recommended works from all schools and grades, including 434 from primary schools, 256 from junior high schools, and 137 from high schools, and a total of 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 9 third prizes, 50 excellent work awards, 17 excellent tutor awards, and 7 excellent organization awards were awarded. At the same time, 26 excellent works were pushed to Yulin City, of which 20 were awarded. The red essay competition not only stimulated the interest and enthusiasm of teachers and students in the city for red culture, but also improved their creative ability and literary literacy.
After the commendation meeting, An Li, a national first-class writer and director of the Shaanxi Writers Association, gave a special lecture on "The Way to Improve Composition".
