In order to ensure that the basic old-age insurance benefits of urban and rural residents can be issued accurately and on time, in the past few days, party members and cadres of Xihe Village, Jinxian Town, Jiange County, have walked into the homes of villagers to provide "door-to-door" services for the elderly with reduced mobility to help them complete the old-age insurance survival certification.
Feng Xiulan, a member of Xihe Village, said that this intimate and meticulous "door-to-door" service made us feel warm, which not only solved our practical difficulties, but also made us feel the care and warmth from the party and the government.
Zhang Peixiong, secretary of the party organization and director of the village committee of Xihe Village, said that there are many left-behind elderly people in rural areas, some of whom are inconvenient, and most of them use mobile phones for the elderly, and cannot complete the pension insurance survival certification on their mobile phones. In response to the problem that some elderly people are unable to go to the certification point due to physical reasons, we adopt a "door-to-door" approach to provide convenience for them. In the next step, we will continue to adhere to the people-centered development philosophy, further expand the scope of "door-to-door" services, and include more livelihood matters, so that villagers can enjoy a full range of services at home.
