It is my great pleasure to participate in the "2024 Learning from Good Examples of State-owned Enterprises - Entering ZTE Zhike" event jointly organized by Jiangsu Jiangsu Merchants Development Promotion Association and ZTE Corporation. The holding of the event coincides with the critical period for the whole country to implement the spirit of the national "two sessions" and the latest important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on new quality productivity, which is very timely and meaningful. Its significance lies in the fact that ZTE Corporation, especially ZTE Intelligent Technology Nanjing Co., Ltd., is the best representative of the new quality of productivity, and we in Jiangsu are an important position for the development of new quality of productivity given by the general secretary. All of you here today are Jiangsu enterprises that are closely related to ZTE's business, and our Jiangsu enterprises are implementing the latest deployment and requirements of the provincial party committee and provincial government to vigorously develop new quality productivity. I have been to ZTE many times and witnessed their journey of taking root in Jiangsu and growing into a leading and chain master. I came to this intelligent factory on November 27 last year and saw the real new quality of productivity. Today's event is very rich in content and lively in form, and we are deeply touched and have gained a lot. I was moved and shocked by ZTE's new industry, new model and new kinetic energy, ZTE's high-end, intelligent, green, especially intelligent, and infected by the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship and the spirit of Jiangsu entrepreneurs. 1. ZTE has made a good demonstration of scientific and technological innovation for Jiangsu enterprises and made positive contributions to the economic and social development of Jiangsu

Second, Jiangsu entrepreneurs have a long way to go in developing new quality productive forces
Jiangsu is one of the provinces with the largest number of manufacturing categories, the most complete industrial chain and the most complete supporting facilities. Among the 41 industrial categories, there are 40 in Jiangsu, which can be described as complete. Jiangsu has five industries with an output value of more than one trillion yuan, with a cumulative scale of 13 trillion yuan. In addition, it has a population of more than 85 million, corresponding to 14 million market entities, and the market vitality is strong. In the huge industrial camp, there are not only the most cutting-edge future industries, but also the emerging strategic emerging industries, and the traditional industries that still occupy the dominant position. 3. Jiangsu will continue to create a better environment and provide better services for the development of ZTE
Jiangsu is a major province in terms of economy, manufacturing and electronic information industry, with a solid industrial foundation, abundant scientific and educational resources, and an excellent business environment, and has unique advantages in the development of new productive forces. At present, Jiangsu insists on taking the digital economy as a key increment in transformation and development, accelerating industrial digitization and digital industrialization, striving to create more "peaks" on the "plateau" of innovation, bravely being a pioneer in the mainland's science and technology and industrial innovation, and resolutely shouldering the major responsibility of "bravely taking the lead".
