On April 9, Diao Guojun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of China Railway Tunnel Bureau Road and Bridge Company, went to Jidayuan Railway Qianqi Tunnel Project for inspection and guidance, accompanied by project team members, on-site leaders and other relevant personnel.
Diao Guojun went deep into the construction and production line of the project, inspected the construction progress of the Qianqi tunnel exit, inclined shaft and tunnel entrance in detail, and listened to the report of the project leader on the construction organization and coordination, cost management, safety and quality and key risk control of the shelf team in detail.
Diao Guojun pointed out the current shortcomings of the project and put forward specific requirements for the next step:
The first is to improve the political position and complete the established node goals as scheduled. The project should do a good job in the ideological education of management personnel and self-built teams, unify thinking, and consolidate responsibilities. It is necessary to clarify the key process nodes and do a good job in the implementation of various tasks. It is necessary to actively connect with the owner's unit, communicate and coordinate the construction needs of the project, and go all out to complete the node goals.
The second is to tighten the string of safety and grasp the construction and production steadily. It is necessary to strengthen the ideological awareness of "safety first, life first", tighten and consolidate the safety production responsibility system for all employees, increase the control of the construction process, strictly implement the grid management requirements, and overcome paralysis. In particular, it is necessary to focus on strengthening the inspection of the bypass section of the expressway, and the monitoring and measurement of the road surface and the tunnel of the expressway, the bypass section to ensure the safety and controllability of the construction.
The third is to strengthen standardized management and strive to build high-quality projects. It is necessary to always adhere to the management concept of "model leading, standard first", implement high standards into the whole process of standardized construction of project tunnels, strictly control the process, strictly standardize operations, strictly control construction quality, and pay attention to strengthening the compilation of daily internal information, and strive to build high-quality projects to show the demeanor of the professional bureau.

All employees involved in the construction of the project should be energetic, brave to take responsibility, and work hard. In the next step, the Jidayuan project will conscientiously implement the spirit of the company's "two sessions" and the requirements of this inspection, carefully sort out the problems existing on the site, implement rectification measures, do a good job in standardized operations, ensure the completion of the remaining project nodes on time, and contribute to the opening of the Jidayuan high-speed railway as scheduled.
