On April 6, 2024, many relevant leaders and people from the calligraphy and painting circles came to Xihe Scenic Area, Shangcheng County, Henan Province to hold the unveiling ceremony of the Dabie Mountain Jingangtai (Xihe) Sketching Creation Base of the Xizhi Institute of Calligraphy and Painting in Henan Province
The unveiling ceremony of the Dabie Mountain Jingangtai (Xihe) Sketching Creation Base of the Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute Mall in Henan Province was held in the scenic Jingangtai Xihe Scenic Area. The event brought together many leaders and guests to witness the historical moment of this cultural event.
The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Lin Yousen, director of the Shangcheng County Bureau of Culture and Tourism. The leaders and guests who attended the ceremony were: Mr. Wang Taixin, a first-class inspector of the Provincial Public Security Department, a first-class police supervisor, and the chief consultant of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute; Mr. Yin Jianglin, chairman of the Provincial Literature and Art Federation, honorary president of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, calligrapher, writer and poet; Mr. Zhang Zhongxian, president of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, calligrapher and connoisseur; Mr. Meng Yahong, president of the China Yixue Research Association, vice president and secretary general of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Yi scholar and calligrapher; Mr. Fang Tie, a calligrapher, Mr. Liu Zhihong, former director of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, director and deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and a calligrapher and painter, Mr. Wang Hao, chairman of the Provincial Haoyuan Songyun Company and deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Ms. Yan Yingyue of the General Department of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Ms. Liu Cen of the Comprehensive Department of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Mr. Xiao Tongjian, member of the Standing Committee of the Shangcheng County Party Committee, Propaganda Minister and deputy county magistrate, and Mr. Jiang Jianjun, chairman of the board of directors of the Jingangtai Xihe Scenic Area of Shangcheng County.
At the unveiling ceremony, Mr. Zhang Zhongxian, president of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, delivered a speech, the Jingangtai in the Dabie Mountain area is not only a symbol of the red revolution, but also a witness to the achievements of reform and opening up and modernization after the founding of New China.
Jiang Jianjun, chairman of Xihe, delivered a speech that tourism will be more attractive because of culture, and culture will be more dynamic because of the expression of tourism. We firmly grasp this point and carry forward our dazzling red and green intoxicating landscapes through cultural components.
Yin Jianglin, chairman of the Provincial Federation of Literature and Art, said in his speech: "I feel that this is the best expression of the integration strategy of culture, culture and tourism, and also the best interpretation of poetry and distance."
Then, at the donation ceremony, Dean Meng Yahong, Dean Fang Tie and Dean Yin Jianglin donated calligraphy and painting works to Jiang Jianjun, chairman of the Xihe Scenic Area. Mr. Yin Jianglin, Chairman of the Provincial Literary and Art Federation, Honorary President of the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, calligrapher, writer and poet, donated a total of 100 copies of the red books "New Era of Singing" and "Yingshui Poems" to the Shangcheng County Government. These ink treasures represent the blessings of the Provincial Xizhi Calligraphy and Painting Institute to the Jingangtai West River Scenic Area, and wish the vision area to rise in the wind like the calligraphy and painting in hand.
Mr. Xiao Tongjian, member of the Standing Committee of the Shangcheng County Party Committee, sincerely thanked the Provincial Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy Institute for its strong support for the development of the mall.

After the unveiling ceremony, the leaders took a car to visit the revolutionary history exhibition hall of Dabie Mountain Mall.
In addition, the leaders walked on the plank road around the lake, revisited the Red Army Road, and felt the magnificent natural scenery of the Jingangtai West River Scenic Area.
