2. Temporary stall lease period
The winning bid price is the total one-year lease cost (rent and property fee) of the 11 shops, and the lease agreement is limited to one year from the date of actual delivery of the premises. If the lessee needs to renew the lease after the expiration of the lease, the original lessee must apply one month in advance according to the lease contract, and the rental price shall be determined separately according to the market price not lower than the winning bid price, and the renewal procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.
3. Description
After winning the bid, they are not allowed to operate catering.
Fourth, the bidder qualification requirements
1. The bidder is a natural person with full responsibility capacity.
2. The bidder shall provide the original and copy of the valid ID card.
3. When registering, it is necessary to pay a performance bond of 10,000 yuan (N capital 10,000) to the market, and consciously abide by the leasing regulations and sign a bidding and leasing commitment.
4. After winning the bid, the annual rent of the temporary shop must be paid in one lump sum within five days, and the temporary lease agreement and safety agreement must be signed at the same time, each of which must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, and an additional 50 yuan per store will be charged.
5. The use of the above temporary shop shall be agreed in the agreement, and the lessee shall not change its use without authorization, and the violator shall terminate or cancel the tenant's leasing qualification in accordance with the relevant provisions of the agreement.
Fifth, the bidding method
The bidding adopts the method of concealed bidding, and the highest bid price is the winning bidder, and the confirmation is announced on the spot.
