It is reported that after the opening of the ward, it will meet the needs of surrounding residents for chronic diseases, common diseases and palliative care medical and health services, alleviate the shortage of beds in secondary and tertiary hospitals, and allow residents to enjoy high-quality medical services at their "doorstep".
Since the opening of the ward, many patients have been treated here and have achieved remarkable results. Auntie Zhao, 64, is one of the beneficiaries. Aunt Zhao suffers from a variety of diseases such as cerebral arterial insufficiency, vertigo syndrome, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes. After a week of rehydration therapy in one ward, her symptoms improved significantly. When she was discharged from the hospital, she said with emotion: "I can finally enjoy inpatient services at my doorstep, and I don't have to go to a big hospital to wait in line and 'crowd people'." ”
According to reports, the first ward has a quiet, spacious and bright environment, warm color matching, with 61 ordinary beds and 8 palliative care beds, equipped with a professional medical team to provide patients with a full range of medical services to ensure that patients receive stable and continuous treatment.
Considering the convenience of patients during hospitalization, each room is equipped with independent toilets, central oxygen supply systems, reclining chairs, cupboards, air conditioners and other facilities and equipment. In addition, the ward is also equipped with boiling water rooms, pantry rooms, bathing rooms, and talk rooms to ensure that patients' living and medical service needs are met.
"With the aging of society, there is an increasing demand for chronic diseases, common diseases and palliative care medical and health services. However, the shortage of beds in large hospitals makes it difficult to meet the needs of patients with chronic diseases who require long-term rehabilitation. The opening of the inpatient ward of the center allows patients who need inpatient treatment to receive timely and effective treatment. Xu Zhongyu, director of the center, introduced that the Sijing Town Community Health Service Center will take the opening of the inpatient ward as an opportunity to further implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, realize the first diagnosis and accurate triage of residents' chronic diseases and common diseases at the grassroots level, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the grassroots service model.
