(hereinafter referred to as Fuyuan Construction Investment Group), it is planned to openly recruit 24 staff members from the society.

1. Company Profile

Founded in 2012, Fuyuan Construction Investment Group is a wholly state-owned company funded by the People's Government of Fuyuan County and authorized by the County State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to perform the duties of an investor, and completed its restructuring, transformation and upgrading in August 2022. The registered capital of the company is 870.83 million yuan, the company focuses on the economic development strategy of Fuyuan County, focusing on the investment and operation of regional urban infrastructure, public utilities, municipal public utilities investment and operation, state-owned assets operation and management, transportation and highway resources, etc., and is an AA-level (corporate credit subject rating) state-owned enterprise with strong resource integration ability and capital operation ability within Qujing City.

3. Recruitment positions

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants shall meet the following qualifications

5. Persons with clear circumstances of untrustworthiness jointly signed by relevant state ministries and commissions;

6. Active-duty military personnel and non-recent graduates who are full-time students in ordinary colleges and universities;

7. After being hired, a relationship that should be avoided is constituted;

8. Personnel who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of recruitment discipline in previous examinations;

9. Personnel in other circumstances that laws and regulations provide must not be recruited.

5. Recruitment process

(2) Registration and preliminary examination of qualifications

1. How to register

2. Registration process

3. Registration and preliminary examination of qualifications

4. Precautions

(3) Written examination

1. Written test method

The written test is organized and implemented by the Future-free Recruitment Service Agency. The exam is conducted in a closed-book format with a maximum score of 100 points. The written test does not specify the scope of the examination, does not specify the examination guidance book, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold the examination preparation training course.

2. Written test time

Please refer to the admission ticket for the time and place of the written test. Candidates need to bring their original valid ID card and written test admission ticket to participate.

3. Printing of the admission ticket

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications will be sent the admission ticket to the candidate's personal mailbox by the staff of Future, and the applicant will download and print it from the mailbox by himself.

4. Written test results inquiry

After the written test is scored, the results of the written test will be announced on the portal of the People's Government of Fuyuan County (http://www.qjfy.gov.cn) and the Kunming Channel (https://www.51job.com/kunming/), and the list of persons who have entered the qualification review will be announced at the same time, and the publicity period will be 5 working days. During the publicity period, FutureCare accepts candidates' applications for score checks (types of doubts: those who take the test but have a score of zero, those who are not absent but are marked as absent, and those who have objections to disciplinary violations can apply for doubt).

(4) Qualification review

In accordance with the order of the written test results from high to low, according to the ratio of the number of people entering the inspection of each position and the number of people to be recruited 1:1 to determine the candidates for qualification review. If the qualification review is inconsistent with the registration materials, the qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up. Due to reasons such as the applicant's voluntary abandonment or unqualified qualification review, the applicant will be compensated in turn according to the written test score from high to low.

During the qualification review, the applicant shall provide one original and one copy of the following materials:

(5) Investigation

(6) Physical examination

The inspection passes the personnel into the physical examination. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial)" to the designated medical institutions, and the physical examination report will be submitted to the future worry-free review after the physical examination, and if the physical examination object has doubts about the results of the physical examination, he can apply for a re-examination and go to the designated hospital for a re-examination, and the re-examination result is the final result. (7) Publicity and employment

1. According to the results of the physical examination, determine the personnel to be hired, and publicize them on the portal of the People's Government of Fuyuan County (http://www.qjfy.gov.cn) and the Kunming Channel (https://www.51job.com/kunming/), and the publicity period is 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or there is a problem but it does not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled.

2. During the publicity period, if there is a situation that does not meet the employment conditions, it can be supplemented from the personnel who apply for the position in turn according to the order of the written test results from high to low, and carry out the supplementary recording work according to the process.

3. Personnel who have gone through the employment procedures must report to the employer within the specified time and sign a labor contract with the employer. Those who fail to register within the specified time limit shall be deemed to have automatically given up their employment qualifications, and the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates. Due to vacancies in the process of employment procedures, they will not be filled.

6. Other matters

(1) Contract period: The first employment shall sign a labor contract with a term of 3 years, and the probation period shall be 3 months.

(2) Salary: The salary during the probation period shall not be less than 80% of the salary of the in-service employees (including social insurance premiums), and after the expiration of the probationary period, the salary shall be implemented according to the relevant salary management system of the county's state-owned enterprises.

7. Discipline and supervision
