It can be seen that compared with section-level counselors, the conditions for serving at the deputy department level and the department level have increased the conditions for undertaking courses related to ideological and political education, as well as presiding over or participating in research topics and projects related to the ideological and political education of college students at the school level and above (ranking the top three).
