After the incident, the "troika" of Wenyi Garden responded positively. The neighborhood committee visited the residents, sorted out and summarized the situation and reported it to the street urban construction center, and actively built a platform to coordinate all parties; the property committee collected the opinions and suggestions of the owners, organized the relevant buildings to carry out consultation and maintenance voting, and promoted the solution of the problem from the root; the property management company carried out the investigation and warning of the hidden dangers of high fall in the whole area as soon as possible, and sent special personnel to follow up on the buildings with serious hidden dangers of high falls.
Do a good job in maintaining stability and coordination in the early stage. The district property management center, the neighborhood urban construction center and the neighborhood committee cooperated with each other to quickly organize and carry out the restoration work after multiple rounds of communication and consultation and demonstration of the restoration plan by the "troika".
As of March 17, more than 80 hidden danger points were investigated and repaired, and the special rectification achieved a phased victory.
