Sijia Village is located in the southeast of Huayin City, Qinling Mountains, 1 km northeast of Mengyuan Town Government, between Longhai Railway and Tongpu Railway, 310 National Highway passes through the village, the terrain is high in the south and low in the north, and the ravines are vertical and horizontal. There are 6 villager groups in the village, 309 households, and 1,360 people. With an area of more than 1,800 acres of cultivated land, the leading industries are mainly walnut, pepper, wheat and corn traditional planting, with profound folk culture and rich tourism resources, and it is a key village for the development of rural tourism in Huayin City.
Sijia Village is the only village in the country that has preserved swinging as an ancient meeting. In 2009, "Sijia Swing" was listed as the list of intangible cultural heritage protection in Shaanxi Province, and in 2012, it won the gold medal of "China Swing Exhibition and the 11th Folk Literature and Art Mountain Flower Award Folk Stunt (Swing) Competition". Sijia swing has a variety of types and ingenious structures, and was named the "hometown of Chinese swing culture" by the Chinese People's Association in 2013. At present, it has successfully held seven sessions of the "Huayin Swing Culture and Art Festival", attracting visitors from all over the world and creating a rural tourism business card of "swinging at the house and appreciating folk culture". In 2016, it was listed as a key village for poverty alleviation in rural tourism by the former National Tourism Administration, and won the first National Rural Culture Outstanding Contribution Award.
Because the predecessor of Sijia Village was a military family, in 1767 (the ninth year of Hongwu), every Qingming Festival, the ancestors gathered the young people in the village to carry out swing competitions, with the purpose of exercising the body, enriching cultural life, and passing it down from generation to generation, developing into a unique swing cultural activity in Sijia Village.

In 2010, Huayin City 10,000 acres of lotus and lotus festival activities, invited Sijia Village swing performance, in 2012 Sijia Village on behalf of Shaanxi Province to participate in the 11th National Mountain Flower Swing Exhibition, bamboo pole autumn, Xiong Biao autumn won the honor of mountain flower gold medal. As a result, Huayin City was awarded the "Hometown of Chinese Swing Culture". Every year during the Qingming Festival, Sijia Village will hold a 3-5 day swing cultural activity festival, with the number of tourists reaching 4-50,000 people, activating the economic income of the village and surrounding villagers.
Sijia Village Swing will be a non-governmental organization - Swing Management Committee is responsible for the unified responsibility, under the leadership of the Sijia Village Party Branch, overall supervision, in strict accordance with the swing activity festival plan to implement, summarize the shortcomings and deficiencies of the previous session, check and fill in the gaps, and promote the successful holding of the swing cultural activity festival;
"Sijia Swing" was included in the second batch of intangible cultural heritage protection list of Shaanxi Province in 2009, and won the gold medal on behalf of Shaanxi Province in the "11th China Mountain Flower Swing Exhibition", Huayin City was awarded the title of the hometown of Chinese swing culture, and was included in the sixth batch of Chinese traditional villages by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments. In terms of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, we must completely pass down the swing culture left by our ancestors from generation to generation, and on the existing basis, dig deep into the "swing" wisdom of the villagers of Sijia Village, retain the "old" style, and create a new era of swing culture.
