The payment reminder text message is generally delivered within 72 hours after the parking person drives out of the car, but sometimes it will not be delivered due to the delay of the communication network or the inaccurate registration information of the car owner.
In order to avoid overdue payment and arrears, if you have not received the payment reminder text message within 72 hours after leaving, please take the initiative to inquire and pay online through the "Shanghai Parking" APP, or contact the toll administrator in any toll road parking lot in the city to use handheld toll collection equipment to inquire about payment.
