Over the years, he has diligently explored in artistic creation, and formed his own artistic style relatively early, especially in many national art exhibitions, which reflects the development of Chinese oil painting in the new era. This time, we can focus on a large number of his new works in recent years, especially through the curation of the curator Mr. Feng Xi, which gives his works a new atmosphere in front of us, in addition to looking at his works from the perspective of visual images, we can think more deeply about how he formed his own art world.

"In today's exhibition, I also see Zhao Peizhi's 'transformation' again, and see him pouring out his artistic thinking into his paintings in a 'defamiliarized' way, which is not only the act of an oil painter with skillful ability and superb skills, but also his efforts to construct his own expression of the world, and strive to express the relationship between himself and the world, especially through the modeling method based on figures to form his new art world. ”

Xu Lian introduced that Zhao Peizhi is a representative young and middle-aged oil painting artist and a leading talent of the National Academy of Painting. She said: "Zhao Peizhi grew up and studied in Xinjiang, and used Xinjiang characters as the objects of his depiction and expression. When he went to France to study in 2004, he systematically sorted out the entire history of Western art from classical to modern and contemporary, and put it into exploration and practice. In his works, whether they are more realistic in the early days or more freehand in the recent past, the pictures all present a solid sense of volume and block. On the one hand, he delves into the history and real life of ethnic minorities, and the characters in his paintings return to nature, life and history; on the other hand, the overall structure of the picture is carefully arranged, the composition is full of drama, and the grasp of the relationship between color and tone tends to be simplified by large brushstrokes, which also greatly strengthens the sense of form and establishes the harmony and unity of the subject matter and the artistic expression.

Talking about the present, Xu Lian believes that Zhao Peizhi has changed his path in artistic creation and looked for a new germination point. He combines the empirical vision of learning the classics with the skills and skills acquired through long-term training, and applies them to the different people and landscapes in different regions such as northern Shaanxi and Beijing, which he creates, with brighter and warmer colors and more skillful and comfortable technical skills. Finally, she praised Nanjing University of the Arts as a prestigious art school with many outstanding artists and high-quality students. I believe that in the Nanyi campus of "Hong Yue Shenmei", Zhao Peizhi's exhibition will definitely be able to get more bosom friends and colleagues!

Yan Ping believes that Zhao Peizhi is a simple and modest person, and his painting form is full of mountains and rivers, and his works break through the expression of Xinjiang's songs, dances and costumes in ethnic minority themes, and pay more attention to the performance of characters, and his characters are humorous, lonely and have the power of silence. On the one hand, it will be related to the integrity and harmony of medieval icon painting and Renaissance figures, and on the other hand, it will pay attention to the characteristics of folk clay sculptures and dolls. He is subjective in the use of color, especially his series of colors, the relationship between warm gray to green, ochre and black is very concise, and can be eloquent, calm, progressive, and through. His large-scale oil paintings present a solemn atmosphere in vivid colors. It is full of contradictions in form and non-form, affirmation and negation, and builds his own bridge in the network of objective life and literature and art. Yan Ping believes that Zhao Peizhi's paintings are vivid, present, and very charming works that express the charm of Xinjiang people.

Yu Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University of the Arts, said that Zhao Peizhi's heavyweight art exhibition was held at the Nanyi Art Museum, which provided an excellent opportunity for everyone to watch and learn. "Mr. Zhao Peizhi's ancestral home is in Jiangsu, and it is also the pride of our Jiangsu. Yu Feng said that this exhibition exhibits a total of 72 works by Zhao Peizhi in the past three years, through these works, we can see the artist's way of expression, in a state of silence, the structure of people, animals and the world, reinterpreting a new context for contemporary art, bringing a unique artistic feast to the audience.
