5. Specific activity arrangements
(1) Registration process
Registration time: Registration starts on April 8, 2024 and closes at 16:00 on April 10, 2024.
Registration method: The majority of photography enthusiasts can register by scanning the QR code below to obtain the registration page during the registration period.
Registration Instructions: Participants must be over 18 years old (18 years old before April 8, 2024), regardless of gender, ethnicity, etc. The number of applicants for this competition is limited to 70 people (including 70 people), and the registration channel will be automatically closed when it is full. All those who have completed the registration must go to the event site to participate in the opening and closing ceremonies, otherwise they will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
(2) Opening ceremony
At 10:30 a.m. on April 11, 2024, the participants will be organized to hold the opening ceremony of the 3rd Peach Blossom Site Cultural Tourism Activity and the First Peach Blossom Photography Contest in Dongga Township, Sangzhuzi District.
(3) Deadline
Each participant is limited to 1 work, note the name of the work, the name of the photographer, the contact number and the introduction of the work, and send it to the mailbox [email protected]; other forms of submission are not accepted, and the submission deadline is 23:59 on April 25, 2024 (subject to the time of receiving the work).
(4) Selection of works
Preliminary round: April 27, 2024 - April 30, 2024
Preliminary Contest: All submitted works will be voted on online, and participants can canvass for votes by forwarding the link of the works. According to the voting results, a total of 24 works were selected from high to low, and the works were determined to be selected as the finalists. Voting will be automatically closed at 6 p.m. on April 30.
Finals: May 2, 2024 - May 3, 2024
Final method: The organizer invites the members of the jury to discuss and score the 24 works with high scores in the preliminary round in detail according to the offline scoring criteria under the witness of the notary public. And according to the scoring mechanism to evaluate the award.
(5) Closing and commendation
At 11:00 a.m. on May 4, 2024, the participants were organized to hold the 3rd Peach Blossom Site Cultural Tourism Activity and the First Peach Blossom Photography Contest Commendation Meeting in Taohuagou, Dongga Township, Sangzhuzi District. At that time, the award-winning works will be commended.
6. Scoring rules
1. Scoring mechanism: The total score of the award will be summarized and ranked according to the proportion of 35% of the offline review committee and 65% of the online voting.
2. Offline scoring criteria: The judging committee will score 40 points (10 points each for exposure, focus, color, and composition) for technical quality, 30 points for creativity and theme connotation (15 points for creativity and theme connotation), 20 points for emotion and story (10 points for emotion and story), and 10 points for technical difficulty and execution.
3. Online scoring criteria: The online scoring method is 100 points, and 1.5 points are reduced according to the ranking. (e.g. the maximum number of votes is 100 points for the first place, 98.5 points for the second place and 97 points for the third place after decreasing 1.5 points...) ）
7. Activity requirements and notices
1. Participants need to bring their ID materials to participate in the opening and closing ceremonies, otherwise they will not be scored.
2. Entries should focus on the theme of the competition and go to Taohuagou, Dongga Township, Sangzhuzi District for shooting, otherwise they will not be scored.
3. The entries are clear and the shooting equipment is not limited. The photographed work must be original and must not be plagiarized, and will not be scored if found.
4. Entries should be objective and true, positive, and the style is not limited, and the use of computers for secondary creation and post-production is encouraged. However, the original image shall not be synthesized, added or subtracted, or otherwise altered to affect its authenticity.
5. The format of the picture of the entry must be jpg, and the size of the picture must be within 8M.
6. The entries should have independent, clear and undisputed copyrights, and the works do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others (portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc.), and the legal responsibilities of copyright, portrait rights and other legal responsibilities involved in the works shall be borne by the contributors and have nothing to do with the main organizer.
7. The organizer of the entries has the right to display and broadcast the works during the submission period, and retains the author's right of signature; all award-winning works shall be deemed to have authorized the organizer to have the right to edit and use the submitted works, and the authorized party has the right to use the entries and related materials for publication, exhibition, screening, media communication and other publicity and promotion activities in a reasonable manner, and no longer pay remuneration.
8. If the entries are damaged, lost, late or not delivered in the process of sending emails, the relevant losses and consequences shall be borne by the contributors.
9. The final interpretation right of the event belongs to the organizer of the event.
8. Awards
1 first prize, 3,000 yuan, trophy;
3 second prizes, 2,000 yuan each, and trophies;
5 third prizes, 1,000 yuan per person, and trophies;
15 Excellence Awards, with a reward of 500 yuan each, and trophies will be awarded.
Note: There will be a theatrical performance on the day of the opening ceremony.
