2. Temporary stall lease period
The winning bid price is the rent and property fee of the store, and the lease agreement is signed within one year from the date of actual delivery of the house. If the lessee needs to renew the lease after the expiration of the lease, the original lessee must apply one month in advance according to the lease contract, and the rental price shall be determined separately according to the market price not lower than the winning price, and the renewal procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.
3. Description
1. The starting date of the contract of the public leasing store is from the date of actual delivery of the store to the lessee;
2. The scope of the target store's business category must be in line with the regional format, and intermediaries are not accepted to participate;
3. The lessee shall not sublease others after signing the lease contract with the market;
4. The bidder must be the actual operator of the comprehensive market;
5. After the auction is successful, the store cannot be used for warehouse purposes;
Fourth, the bidder qualification requirements
1. The bidder is a natural person with full responsibility capacity.
2. The bidder shall provide the original and copy of the valid ID card.
3. To register for the bidding, you need to pay a performance bond of 10,000 yuan (bank card swiping), and consciously abide by the leasing regulations and sign a bidding and leasing commitment.
4. After winning the bid, the annual rent of the temporary store (warehouse) must be paid in one lump sum within five working days, and the temporary lease agreement and safety agreement must be signed at the same time, each of which must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, and an additional 45 yuan / piece. After the winning bidder has completed the relevant leasing procedures, the market will deliver the shop (warehouse) and booth to the tenant within 5 working days.
5. The use of the above temporary shop (warehouse) shall be agreed in the agreement, and the lessee shall not change its use without authorization, and the violator shall terminate or cancel the tenant's leasing qualification in accordance with the relevant provisions of the agreement.
