The National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post will be recommended from among the advanced collectives that have received the municipal youth safety production demonstration post or the corresponding level within five years before January 1, 2024, and will be recommended by the collective priority of the top ten youth safety production demonstration posts at the municipal level. (1) Steps and requirements for the creation of municipal-level youth safety production demonstration posts
1. Create an ICP filing. Collectives that are willing to create should complete the creation and filing before April 25, and send the electronic version of the 2024 Chongqing Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post Creation Collective Report Form (Annex 1) to the e-mail.
2. Create. In accordance with the requirements of the "Chongqing Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post Creation Management Measures", the application for the creation of collectives shall formulate a creation plan and carry out creation activities according to the characteristics of the industry and job responsibilities.
3. Recommended declaration. The declaration and creation collective shall complete the recommendation declaration before November 15, and send the scanned version of the stamped version of the certificate of no safety production accident, the electronic version and the stamped scanned version of the 2024 Chongqing Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post Recommendation Form (Annex 2) to the mailbox, and the Youth League and County Committee will complete the recommended declaration before November 25, 2024 after summary review.
4. Review and determination. The Youth League Municipal Committee and the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau shall review and publicize the recommended collectives by means of on-site verification, centralized defense, expert review, and meeting research, and select the best ones to be named and identified.
(2) The steps and requirements for the creation of the national youth safety production demonstration post
1. Create an ICP filing. 2. Create. In accordance with the requirements of the "Measures for the Management of the Creation of Youth Safety Production Demonstration Posts", the application for the creation of collectives will refine the creation plan according to the characteristics of the industry and job responsibilities, innovate the form of carriers, carry out the creation activities, and send the electronic version of the 2024 National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post Recommendation Form (Annex 4) to the email address before November 5.
3. Preliminary evaluation and recommendation. The Youth League Municipal Committee and the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau shall carry out the preliminary evaluation by means of on-site verification, centralized defense, expert review, meeting research, etc., focusing on the evaluation of the basic conditions of the declared collective, the safety production situation, and the development of the "Six Ones" creation activities, and after the collective unit and the Youth League Municipal Committee have carried out no less than 5 working days of publicity, they will recommend the candidate collectives to the Youth Development Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League before November 30.
