Judging from the information in this report, there was 1 case of illegally entering the closed area of the railway, 2 cases of illegally walking, sitting and lying on the railway line, 1 case of illegally burning crop straw in the railway line safety protection zone, 2 cases of placing obstacles on the railway line, 6 cases of endangering the order of railway stations and trains, 3 cases of damaging or illegally moving railway facilities and equipment, 2 cases of illegal construction in the railway line safety protection zone, 5 cases of smoking by train passengers, and 4 cases of illegal flying of drones in the railway line safety protection zone.
Judging from the punishment, the relevant responsible persons in the three cases of illegally entering the closed area of the railway, placing obstacles on the railway line, and smoking on the bullet train were given administrative detention punishments by the railway public security organs in accordance with the law.
Illegal construction in the safety protection zone of the railway line
1. On February 26, 2024, Lu Mouguang, an excavator driver temporarily hired by the Jinsui Dragon Fruit Dingwang Branch of an Ecological Technology Group Co., Ltd. in Guangxi, used an excavator without signing a safety agreement with the railway unit and notifying the on-site monitoring to level the land at 2m outside the railway protective fence at K61+780 between Nanning West and Long'an East Station of the Nankun Passenger Line, scraping down the neem tree in the fence, causing the concrete fence to fall off 1, which was found by the railway staff who inspected the line. At present, it is the spring ploughing season, and the Qingming Festival and the "Guangxi March 3" festival are coming one after another, automobiles and agricultural machinery pass through the railway crossings, upper span bridges and lower traffic culverts, residents along the railway travel frequently, easy to occur on the railway line walking, sitting, playing, placing obstacles, taking pictures, shooting videos, burning wasteland, farming, excavation, taking soil, sweeping tombs and worshipping ancestors in the railway line safety protection zone, The illegal acts of setting off firecrackers, entering the closed areas of railway lines without authorization, and even damaging railway equipment and facilities will not only endanger the safety of railway transportation, but also pose a serious threat to the safety of the lives and property of the violators. The railway department reminds that any unit or individual should consciously abide by the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Railway Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Railway Safety Management, the Measures for the Administration of High-speed Railway Safety Protection, and the Regulations on Railway Safety Management of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, so as to jointly maintain railway safety.
