Liu Huan said that this year, Ninghe District will focus on the requirements of "starting the construction of 12 rural tourism demonstration areas such as Ninghe Qilihai Town" put forward in this year's municipal government work report, highlight the development model of "ecology +", adhere to the important exposition of the "two mountains theory" that "lucid waters and lush mountains" are "golden mountains and silver mountains", take the "two roads" of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization, create a series of cultural tourism points, hold a series of events, and solidly promote the high-quality integrated development of agriculture, culture, sports, business and tourism.

In-depth excavation of 12 kinds of cultural resources represented by canal culture, farming culture, wetland culture and red culture in Ninghe, in-depth integration of Yang Qilang's tomb, Yongxiang pottery, woodblock New Year paintings, Lutai sword casting and other "double heritage" cultural products, the overall planning and implementation of the "Wendao Tianzun Pavilion, reshaping Dongfeng Tai" project, in-depth excavation of Taoist culture, ancestral hall culture, and strive to build it into the city's intangible cultural heritage center.
The third is to promote the upgrading and expansion of the housing and catering industry. We will vigorously implement the hotel upgrading battle, carry out systematic transformation of the existing old hotels such as Ninghe Hotel and Tianfeng Hotel, and introduce new projects such as Baiyun Hotel and Vienna Hotel to comprehensively improve the reception capacity. In addition, Ninghe District will also set the file rating of restaurants according to the types of "high-end catering, mid-range simple meals, and folk snacks", systematically improve the menu standards and service standards, and create a "Ninghe Banquet" project in Lutaichun Ecological Park to experience all Ninghe cuisine in a "one-stop" way.

Persist in learning and making good use of the "Two Mountains Theory", take the "Two Modernizations Road" in depth and practically, and completely open up the path of two-way transformation of "lucid waters and lush mountains" and "golden mountains and silver mountains". The first is "wetland" resources. Qilihai Wetland is the most important ecological resource of the Ninghe River, with as many as 500,000 birds and 258 species inhabiting it every year, making it a veritable "bird paradise". This year, Ninghe District will combine the construction of the Qilihai Rural Tourism Demonstration Area, on the basis of the original Beibei Ecological Farm, re-walking the Ark Road, Ninghe Daoxiang 3D rice field painting and other major scenic spots, focusing on building a "six one" project cluster of "one road, one field, one district, one heart, one line, and one night", and create a rural tourism demonstration area of "Daoxiang Crab Beauty, Stork Dance Township Invitation".
The second is "water" resources. The Ning River has 5 first-class rivers and 12 second-class rivers, with a water storage capacity of 120 million cubic meters. The Ji Canal is the mother river of the Ning River, with rich ecological resources and landscapes along the line, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage. This year, Ninghe District plans to take the Ji Canal as the "main axis" of Ninghe cultural tourism, comprehensively build the "Dream Ji Canal" project, implement the "Water Beauty Village" project with high standards, and build the "Eight Views of the Ji Canal" and 5 cruise ship docks, with the river as the axis, connecting the "food map" and "cultural tourism map" of the Ninghe River. In addition, Ninghe District will also build a go-kart and motorcycle sports base in the Dayang River Bay section of Jihe Canal City, broadening a new path for the development of Ninghe's automobile and motorcycle sports industry.

On the one hand, vigorously develop the performance economy. On May 1 this year, Deyun Club is coming to Ninghe to bring you a special performance of 2024 baked cakes and Cao Heyang's cross talk with the theme of "Yongqing Shengping". In September, it is planned to hold the first "Qilihai Music Festival" in Ninghe District, when well-known artists such as Li Yuchun and Second-hand Rose will be invited to sing in Ninghe, and truly launch the Ninghe cultural tourism brand.
On the other hand, vigorously develop the event economy. This year, Ninghe District plans to carry out the "Year of Sports" activities, planning 133 events represented by the marathon, cycling, roller skating, fishing, hiking and chess and card events, including 1 international event, 4 national events, 5 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei events, and 5 municipal-level events, comprehensively promoting the normalization and long-term effect of event activities, and taking advantage of the opportunity to stimulate the new vitality of the development of the "agriculture, culture, sports, business and tourism" industry.
