"The so-called 'tidal window' refers to a comprehensive emergency window that is dynamically adjusted and set up according to the size of the flow of people. When the window is 'saturated' and the staff is 'queuing', we will enable the 'tidal window', by increasing the number of service windows and staff, 'diverting' the busy window, rationally allocating resources, reducing the waiting time of the masses and enterprises, and at the same time providing fast-track services for special groups such as the elderly, the weak, the sick, the disabled, and the pregnant, so as to improve the efficiency of service. Bian Hao, deputy director of the Jinghai District Government Service Security Center, said that since March this year, the District Government Service Office has handled the establishment, change and cancellation of more than 360 enterprises through the "Tidal Window", which has improved the pertinence, flexibility and effectiveness of the window service and enhanced the satisfaction of the public.
At the same time, the reporter learned from the District Government Service Office that from March to April this year, more than 500 enterprises in Jinghai District faced the problem of expiration of health permits in public places, and needed to concentrate on continuing or re-establishing business. In order to effectively alleviate the bad experience that may be brought about by enterprises getting together during peak hours, the district government service office has done its "homework" in advance while enabling the "tidal window", and is specially responsible for the consultation, receipt and online declaration guidance of the public health permit business, and the assistant agency by increasing manpower, pre-training, and setting up "tidal" workstations in the self-service declaration area. At present, 156 have been handled.
