Before each lecture, I always have to go to the organs, communities, schools to communicate with cadres, young people, and students, conduct in-depth research, understand the actual situation, find out the facts, and go deep into the needs, repeatedly consider and polish, and after unremitting efforts and practice, I have gradually formed the preaching experience of "learning and accumulating, visiting and researching, collecting materials, summarizing and refining", and constantly improving my preaching ability. At the same time, I actively search for relevant materials, constantly enrich my own courses, integrate patriotism, collectivism, and socialist education into daily teaching and after-school services, lead students to sing red songs, feel the power of faith, and guide children to preach, speak, recite, write compositions, etc., so that children not only love to learn, but also love to express, and can present what they have learned and understood in their favorite way, and subtly guide students to love the party and the country, and bacon cast souls.
As the leader of the Young Pioneers Famous Teacher Studio, I pay attention to the teaching of education methods and preach in-depth from myself. I couldn't find many stories of revolutionary martyrs on the Internet, so I went into museums and libraries to look for historical stories, and tried my best to make sure that each story had data, details, and authenticity. In this way, the propaganda can not only introduce relevant historical knowledge and heroic stories, but also combine it with the core values of socialism and the current situation of rural development, so that the audience can feel amiable and credible, and let the party's innovative theories fly into the homes of ordinary people on the wings of singing.
