On April 3, Luocheng Linglao Autonomous County, Hechi City, sudden heavy rain and hail extreme weather, National Highway 357 Luocheng to Yizhou secondary highway Luocheng Sijiao Town Xinyin Village to Shimen Village section, more than 90 road trees were blown down by the wind, lodging road trees lying on the road, resulting in serious traffic congestion.
After receiving the report, the Luocheng Highway Maintenance Center immediately organized an emergency rescue team to rush to the scene to carry out emergency rescue and roadblock cleaning work in the rain. At the scene of the rescue, emergency personnel quickly set up safety warning signs on the road section and arranged personnel to maintain traffic order. At the same time, tools such as chainsaws are used to cut fallen road trees, carry them onto trucks, and sweep the road surface. After nearly 3 hours of hard work, all the fallen road trees were cleared, and the section of National Highway 357 from Luocheng to Yizhou Secondary Highway, from Xinyin Village to Shimen Village, Luocheng Town, resumed normal traffic.

On April 5, there were many lodging trees on the road section of Pule Village Committee, Luoyang Town, Maonan Autonomous County, Huanjiang on Provincial Highway 211, affecting the safe passage of the masses. After receiving the report, the Huanjiang Highway Maintenance Center immediately organized dozens of rescue personnel to rush to the scene for emergency rescue. At the rescue site, the rescue personnel held machetes and other tools to clean up the fallen road trees that occupied the road, and assigned special personnel to guide the passing vehicles to ensure the safe and orderly passage of vehicles. The villagers who passed through this section of the road also participated in the obstacle removal work, and the masses and maintenance workers worked together to lift the divided branches and tree sections to move off the road surface, and clean up the branches and leaves left on the road. After more than 2 hours of joint efforts, the section of the road resumed normal traffic.
