More than 181 acres of land have been acquired in Shishan to build a new road, which can connect to the two major stations of Foshan Metro Line 3!
A few days ago, the website of the Nanhai District Government issued the "Announcement on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for the Construction Project of the West Section of Jinhong Road, Nanhai District, Foshan City", and the expropriation project was used for the construction of the west section of Jinhong Road, Nanhai District, Foshan City.
According to the announcement, the land to be expropriated is located within the jurisdiction of Shishan Town, Nanhai District, starting from Information Avenue in the west and connecting Reservoir West Road in the east, with a total of about 12.0707 hectares, equivalent to about 181.0605 acres. Judging from the questionnaire, the land ownership units mainly involve Xianxi, Julong, Danqiu and Muyuan Economic Associations, Yanfeng communities.
According to the expropriation compensation and resettlement plan, the project will be in the form of monetary compensation, and the contract period shall be within 2 months from the date of the announcement of expropriation compensation and resettlement, and the relocation period shall be within 3 months from the date of the announcement of expropriation and compensation and resettlement.
In terms of compensation for land acquisition, the compensation standard for agricultural land and unused land is 138,000 yuan/mu, the compensation standard for certified construction land is 200,000 yuan/mu, and the compensation for land filling or leveling is 30,000 yuan/mu. The standard for calculating social insurance premiums for land acquisition is calculated at 21,000 yuan per mu, totaling about 3,802,2705 yuan.
The plan also lists compensation for buildings, relocation compensation, compensation for workers' resettlement costs, and compensation for seedlings.
From the perspective of the scope of expropriation, the project is located in Nanhai University Town, connecting Nanhai University Town Station of Foshan Metro Line 3 and Xianxi Campus Station of Buddhist Academy of Sciences in the east-west direction.
