At the meeting, the appointment ceremony of the president of the One Health Research Institute was held, and Professor Lu Jiahai, director of the Key Laboratory of Quality Monitoring and Evaluation of Vaccines and Biological Products of the National Medical Products Administration, was invited as the president of the One Health Research Institute. Lu Jiahai introduced that the institute will carry out interdisdiscentric, cross-departmental and cross-regional exchanges and cooperation according to the concept of big health, and work together to achieve the goal of a community of health for mankind.

At the scene, the Academic Committee of the One Health Research Institute was formally established and issued a certificate of appointment, and 8 academicians and experts including Deng Zixin and Xia Ningshao were hired as members of the Academic Committee.
