The reporter learned that this policy seminar is the first time that the Yangpu District Talent Work Bureau was established and the district high-level talent development service center was integrated and established.
In the subsequent policy Q&A session, the enterprise talents asked questions about how to handle the settlement of talents more quickly and easily, what other convenient measures are there for talents to enter and exit, and what preferential treatments can be enjoyed by the scientist community when applying for accommodation, and the lecturers answered them on the spot. In particular, for the talent rental subsidy business that is currently being accepted, the lecturers also collected representative and relatively concentrated questions in advance, and gave a unified reply on how to standardize the specific operations such as providing housing rental materials and rent payment records, and solved everyone's doubts at the first time.
It is worth mentioning that five one-to-one consultation desks were set up on site to "open up" the enterprise consultation channel, and the business personnel from various departments answered the questions raised by everyone in detail and comprehensively, so as to meet the various needs of enterprises for talent policies.
In addition, the new "YOUNG Talent" service brand was also unveiled at the seminar. The reporter learned that "YOUNG talent" is an integrated and upgraded version on the basis of the "Xiaoyang" brand, and the first batch of five service modules such as "innovation and entrepreneurship service", "policy promotion service", "talent settlement service", "talent evaluation service" and "talent search service" were launched. The relevant person in charge of the District High-level Talent Development Service Center said that this is one of the important measures to comprehensively improve talent services and let enterprises and talents feel the temperature of Yangpu.

Yangpu strives to achieve "two-way travel" with talents
In Yangpu, this is not the first time that such a policy briefing has been held. Many talents took this opportunity to become friends and inject vitality into the talent show together. It is reported that the top 20 enterprises in the eight major industries in the district participated in the seminar, as well as some newly introduced enterprises and human resource service agencies, involving about 100,000 employees.
As of the end of September, the district high-level talent development service center has handled the introduction of 2,310 talents, ranking first in the central urban area in terms of the total number of talents. At the same time, it has carried out 23 times of policy talking, door-to-door office, entering large factories and other services, as well as 36,453 times of online policy answers and business guidance for enterprises, so as to continuously improve the talent stickiness of urban development.
In the next step, the District High-level Talent Development Service Center will continue to be committed to the service concept of "enterprise-oriented, talent-first", further expand and strengthen the influence of the "YOUNG Talent" service brand, deepen and implement high-quality talent services, and jointly build a high-level talent highland Yangpu Talent Show Belt in Shanghai.
