In view of the current severe situation of environmental protection and dust remediation, the dust control methods such as enclosure spraying, foundation pit spraying, and mobile fog cannon trucks currently used in the construction project are far away from the construction operation face, and the conditions at some points are limited, and the operation face cannot be 100% covered. The excavator on-board spray can achieve point-to-point accurate dust reduction, which greatly improves the dust reduction effect.

According to the project manager Guan Xiaofei, the equipment is composed of a sprayer, a water pipe, a sprinkler and a bucket, simple and convenient to carry and install, the spray equipment can achieve double remote control to adjust the amount of water, the spraying time is up to 3-4 hours, suitable for 5-70 tons of excavators, when there is a shortage of water, you can use a mobile sprinkler truck to quickly replenish water, especially suitable for municipal project trench excavation and other long-distance operation face construction operations.
Guan Xiaofei said that at present, most of the curbstones and sidewalk slabs used in the construction of municipal projects are on-site cutting operations, which are easy to cause dust pollution and great noise, causing a lot of inconvenience to surrounding pedestrians during the operation. In order to reduce the dust pollution and noise pollution caused by cutting operations to the surrounding environment, green construction is realized. While the construction period is tight and the task is heavy, the personnel of the project department of Keyuan Jingqi Road have not forgotten to innovate, independently developed and produced a mobile cutting dust collection room, which is used to solve the dust and noise pollution problems caused by on-site cutting operations.

This mobile cutting dust collection room has the characteristics of dust recovery and centralized processing, easy movement and noise absorption, etc., which can efficiently capture dust and improve dust removal efficiency. The overall size of the facility: length 2800, width 2000, height 2400mm, the bottom plate is welded with galvanized steel pipe and the skeleton is welded and encrypted, and the pattern anti-skid steel plate is laid to prevent heavy objects from damaging the bottom plate in the later stage and increasing the service life of the facility. The collection room is divided into an equipment room and an operation room, wherein the equipment room includes a power module and a dust collection system module, and the power module can use two power supply modes of 220V flexible mobile generator power supply and external temporary power supply to ensure the normal operation of the facility; the dust collection system module is installed with integrated dust collection equipment, including fans and dust accessories, and the dust is sucked into the filter box through the air extraction pipe during the cutting process, and the dust is collected to the dust area through the dust filter element and other components, and finally the collection and cleaning is completed. The operation room is equipped with a slewing support turntable, the rotating weight can reach 2 tons, which is convenient for cutting and moving; the operation room is also equipped with a sound-absorbing panel, which effectively prevents noise pollution and reduces the injury to operators and pedestrians; the application of the new mobile cutting dust collection room in municipal projects shows its important role in improving the construction environment and protecting the health of workers.
