The activity proposed that it is necessary to implement the spatial strategy of "gathering bays and strengthening hearts", strengthen the connection with the regional network, highlight the radiation and driving role of the central node and the gateway hub, scientifically grasp the development and construction sequence, build the spatial structure of "one axis, two belts, one city and three hearts" in Nansha, and shape the landscape pattern and urban system of "three rivers and six banks to gather the city, and the north and south gateways connect the region".

The activity proposed that Nansha can plan six types of landscape avenues and four types of slow trails, connecting various types of scenery such as cities, rivers and seas, pastorals, and wetlands.

Non-traffic arteries were selected to construct a landscape avenue system running through the city, and four design elements were controlled: traffic functional facilities, pedestrian and activity spaces, ancillary functional facilities, and building interfaces along the street.

Four types of trails
Combined with Wanli Blue Road to create four types of slow trail systems:
- The Urban Humanities Trail connects the important facilities in the core area to create a unique urban experience;
- The Trail provides a unique experience of connecting mountains and seas and an east-west connection through Nansha;
- The pastoral scenery trail connects the important nodes of famous towns and villages to provide pastoral experience space;
- The Waterfront Gallery Trail creates a cohesive waterfront pedestrian and event space.

Relying on the geographical environment gene of Nansha of "100 miles of the Pearl River estuary, the thousand-year-old sea into a mulberry field", we will protect the Binhai Lingnan water town pattern of "dense rivers, interlaced water networks, vertical and horizontal dikes, and mountains and rivers", maintain the foundation of the ecological city intertwined with blue and green, and create a "global future port city, a mountain and sea living room in the Bay Area, and an innovative water city in Lingnan".

It is reported that the implementation path of Nansha's future city will be constructed from six aspects: smart city, resilient environment, green infrastructure, future travel, future life and future urban space, and future agriculture.
To this end, the planning constructs a system of urban design transmission and implementation from the overall to the region. Combined with the overall planning of land and space at the district level, five key urban design control zones were formed, and the control elements of the overall urban design were implemented in the central area, Qingsheng area, southern and harbor area, and northern area to guide the planning and construction.
At the same time, 42 action plans in six categories have been clarified, including the construction of 6 urban living rooms, the shaping of 19 urban landmarks, the construction of 10 Lingnan characteristic demonstration areas, the creation of 190 kilometers of landscape avenues, the construction of 30 kilometers of green chains around the bay, and the creation of 4 slow walking trails, aiming to rationally plan the steps and sequence of development and construction, and divide key projects into three steps: short-term, medium-term and long-term.

Focusing on the important public service facilities of Nansha, the core city living room will be built, bringing together various functions such as administrative office, finance and trade, cultural expo, commercial shopping, catering and entertainment, etc., highlighting the comprehensive service functions for the Bay Area:
