In order to further improve the service quality of enterprises and the operation efficiency of the park of the Dagangsuigang Intelligent Manufacturing Base, a meeting of the operating units of the Dagangsuigang Intelligent Manufacturing Base was held recently, marking the official entry into the operation stage of the first government-invested industrial park operation project in Nansha District.
Xiaonan learned from the Guangzhou Nansha Industrial Park Administration that the operating unit of the base is a consortium composed of Guangzhou Nansha Industrial Construction Management Co., Ltd. and CCCC Chengtou Greentown (Guangdong) Urban Operation Management Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on team building, operation planning and efficiency improvement suggestions during the operation period, and jointly prepared for the creation of a "safe, effective, clean and tidy" park environment and the creation of a star-rated industrial park.
It is reported that the operating unit will shoulder the important task of the operation and maintenance of the park's public facilities and municipal roads, ensure the smooth operation of various facilities in the park, and provide a good business environment for enterprises settled in the park.
The relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Nansha Industrial Park Administration said that the introduction of professional operation units is an important measure for Nansha District to explore a new mode of operation of the park, aiming to help the park give full play to its comprehensive operation characteristics with the help of professional resources, teams and experience, create a demonstration area for the integrated development of industry and city, and inject new vitality into the economic development of Nansha.
It is understood that as the core carrier of Nansha's advanced manufacturing industry, Dagangsuigang Intelligent Manufacturing Base carries the important mission of promoting regional industrial upgrading and economic development. At present, the construction progress of the base has reached 96%, attracting more than 20 high-quality enterprises, including professional operation units.
