A new attempt at filming, a moving storyline
Cover News: Compared to previous works, this time there is a lot of rivalry with the animated characters, so what was the whole shooting process like?
Lan Yingying: Actually, this scene is very difficult, during the filming process, each scene needs to be played by the actors at least three times: the first time is to play against a real actor, then with a green cloth dog, and the photography teacher and I will remember the movement of this dog, and then the next time is to play with the air.
This is not only difficult for actors, but also for photographers. He has to focus in the air, he has to remember the green dog's movement accurately, and the focus has to be in the air. Then the actor's gaze has to be in the air to locate the object without physical objects. Actually, it's really hard, so on a technical level, it's also a new attempt for me.
Cover News: When we interviewed director Lu Ke before, he said that you are the "Jiang Lu" in his heart, so how did you feel when you first saw this script?
Lan Yingying: When I met the director and the production team at that time, I really talked about parents and children, and when I talked about farewell, I choked up countless times and couldn't speak. Maybe Jiang Lu and I in the play are both the kind of strong appearance, and relatives are always the weakness in our hearts.
And when I met Director Lu Ke at that time, I had actually read both drafts of this script in different periods, and every time I read it, I burst into tears. At that time, it seemed that I had just participated in "Sister Lang", and I also happened to experience the life of a singing and dancing singer, and then received such a script, which is very coincidental, maybe the director thinks that Lan Yingying behind her professional attributes is very similar to Jiang Lu in the play.
Cover News: Since you have a lot of points in common with this character, did you save a lot of energy when shooting?
Lan Yingying: It really didn't take too much of my energy, but every scene is the kind of mental effort that goes out, it is actually an internal thing, not to consume some of my so-called spirit, but in the process of entering Jiang Lu's spiritual life, I will empathize with her heartache, like a scar.

Lan Yingying: An old artist once said, "Read the script 10,000 times, and the meaning will come to you." "In fact, you can only understand part of each character, and the rest requires you to read the script over and over again like a treasure hunt, analyze his mentality in the words of others, in every pause of this character, keep feeling life, truly experience the character and become him. Maybe there are some roles that people think I've done well, but maybe in a few years, I may have a new perspective on the role at that time, and of course there may be things that I can perform at that time, but I have disappeared now.
Cover News: In the film, because of an accident, his father Jiang Siwang left his daughter Jiang Lu, do you think Jiang Lu actually complained about her father?
Lan Yingying: There must be, because she wasn't sure if she was loved, even if she was very firm when she was a kid and felt that her father loved her. But Dad disappeared suddenly, suddenly disappeared without fulfilling his promise, and she may encounter all kinds of voices in the process of growing up, such as a child's unintentional sentence "Your dad doesn't want you anymore", and when everyone is saying "Your dad doesn't want you anymore", she may be shaken for Jiang Lu, she is not sure if she is loved, she will definitely blame her father.

Lan Yingying: I think the most important thing is to hone my mind. People who may not know much about the crew filming will feel that filming is like the state of everyone seeing this scene. Lan Yingying: I'm very lucky, I think the luckiest thing is that the two plays I just started acting in are relatively well-recognized. The biggest luck is that when I entered the industry, the team and teachers I met were very, very professional, and they were full of awe for the industry, so the people I met as soon as I entered the industry actually directly affected my perception of the industry, as well as my standards for the path of actors, I think it really gave me a very good start.

Lan Yingying: I still think that hard work accounts for 99% and luck accounts for 1%. The inspiration for everything comes from practicing day in and day out.
