Recently, Yangmanhe Village has been in accordance with the city's "four types of places" fire safety 100-day action deployment arrangement, guided by party building, focusing on rectifying fire safety hazards in residential quarters, densely populated places, construction sites, "nine small places" and other fields in the jurisdiction, and promoting the "four types of places" fire safety 100-day action to go deeper and more practical.
Check the "lesions" and build a strong security firewall
The general party branch of Yangmanhe Village gave full play to the advantages of "grid" management, and actively carried out the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards. Organize party members and cadres, key militia, grid members, civilized practitioners in the new era, and property personnel to carry out carpet safety hazard investigations, and post "A Letter to All Residents of Hai'an City" in residential communities and crowded places, and carefully check whether the pressure of the storage fire extinguisher is sufficient, whether the water gun, hose, and interface in the fire hydrant are intact and effective, and whether the electric bicycle is parked or charged in violation of regulations. At the same time, the merchants along the street are required to do a good job of self-inspection of hidden dangers, and publicize and educate all employees in the premises on fire safety knowledge.
Solve the "crux" and build a life safety line together
When the work team encounters "small problems" in the inspection, they immediately point out and provide on-site guidance to the owners, so that they can be checked and corrected immediately; when they encounter "routine problems", they will collect and report according to the process, and require the owners to rectify within a time limit. At the same time, we will carry out a "look back" action on the "four types of places" that have been investigated in the early stage, and issue rectification notices to those places that have not been rectified in place; and if it is really difficult to rectify hidden dangers, special personnel are required to do a good job of prevention. Ensure "zero tolerance" for safety hazards. Since March 4, 68 potential safety hazards have been identified, and all of them have been rectified in place.
With "good medicine" to build a safe Yangman River
Adhering to the propaganda principle of "not missing a family", the general party branch of Yangmanhe Village takes the village party and mass service center as the propaganda position, relying on the rule of law square, the new era civilization practice station, and the enterprise workshop, and actively organizes party members, grid members, new era civilization practice staff, and enterprise trade unions to carry out fire safety publicity and training from time to time, and establish the "first line of defense" for fire safety. For the personnel of the "nine small places", the fire propaganda personnel and the volunteer service team of retired veteran cadres came to the door to carry out "one-to-one" publicity and guidance, improve the fire safety awareness and emergency response ability of the operators, and broaden the scope of fire safety publicity from point to area.
