The practice of residential property makes people speechless.
Today, some owners reported to the property in the group that there were people parking indiscriminately in the electric car carport and parking directly in the aisle to block passing vehicles. He also took a picture (picture 1) and asked them to go over and deal with it.
The property did go and took photos (Picture 2), but when I looked at his photos, it was clear that he was just a person.
In the right corner of the photo, a little bit of the rear of the green car can be clearly seen.
In other words, he didn't move at all, he just changed the shooting angle and deceived everyone.
A sharp-eyed owner saw it and accused the property of being perfunctory and didn't deal with it at all.
The property replied that the car was being charged, and he was not good at unplugging and moving it.
Obviously, the property answered very weakly. And he didn't have to.
Since people are charging, then you should not take pictures and send them to the owner group, give the owners a false impression, and create an image of being responsible.
He just needs to explain that someone else is charging, and he will move it when the charging is ready.
The property has collected a property fee, and it is true that it is necessary to do practical things, but it cannot be deceitful.
Otherwise, it is more likely to cause resentment among the owners.
