The "Installation Branch Project Delivery Standard" (trial version) is compiled by the Technical Quality Department in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, industry standards, operating procedures, as well as summarizing the management experience and acceptance standards accumulated by our company in the past, and drawing on the advanced management mode of each construction unit of our company's construction projects.

Basic Requirements:
1. The water supply pipeline is installed firmly, horizontally and vertically, the components are complete, the interface is tight and there is no leakage, the bracket is correctly selected, the installation is firm, the spacing is uniform, the surface of the pipeline is clean and no scratches, the functional test is qualified, and the pipeline identification is correct.
2. The drainage pipeline is installed firmly, the slope direction is correct, the parts are complete, the interface is tight and there is no leakage, the pipeline is smooth and no blockage, the bracket is correctly selected, the installation is firm, the spacing is uniform, the floor drain is selected correctly, the water seal meets the requirements, the surface of the pipeline is clean and no scratches, the functional test is qualified, and the pipeline identification is correct.
3. The elevation of the embedded casing is consistent, the nozzle is smooth, the height of the plate surface of the casing through the floor slab is consistent, and the anti-corrosion coating is uniform.
4. The pipeline is tightly insulated and sealed, with no gaps and voids, and the surface is smooth.

Electrical Engineering
Basic Requirements:
1. The indoor strong and weak electric box is firmly installed, the position is correct, the parts are complete, the box opening is suitable for the diameter of the conduit, and the box cover is close to the wall surface without scratches and bruises.
2. The wiring in the box is neat, and there is no twisting phenomenon. The cross-sectional area of the wires pressed on both sides of the screw under the washer is the same, and there are no more than 2 wires connected on the same terminal, and the parts such as the anti-loose washer are complete and the grounding is reliable.
2. The switch in the box is flexible and reliable, the wiring in the box is neat, the circuit number is complete, and the identification is correct.
3. The embedded lamp head box and the cover plate of the transfer box are installed in place, the elevation is consistent, and the marking is clear, and the embedded wall (beam) casing nozzle is smooth, the pipe is clean, the elevation is consistent, and the mark is clear.
4. The equipotential connection of the metal parts or parts of the toilet should be connected with the equipotential connection branch wire with special wiring bolts, and there should be identification, the nut at the connection should be fastened, and the anti-loosening parts should be complete.
5.
