Mock recruitment to understand the employment requirements and interview skills of recruiting companies
In line with the theme of career planning, the 4th Mock Job Fair and Competition was held in the auditorium of Guangzhou No. 16 Middle School, where 6 elite contestants were selected by the school headquarters and the second year of senior high school of Shuiyin Campus to participate in the on-site competition, and accepted the multi-dimensional assessment of recruiters from China Southern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital and Agricultural Bank of China.
Through intense and wonderful personal on-site speeches, situational responses, on-site debates, and the help of relatives and friends, the six students responded calmly in the face of various tests of the examiners, and were highly recognized by the interviewers with their outstanding performance and excellent strength. These outstanding students also gained rare experience and growth in the activity.
This year's simulated talent recruitment fair has received strong support from 31 units, including Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, providing nearly 100 positions for students of the 16th Middle School Education Group for simulated recruitment, creating a platform for students to understand the employment requirements of recruiting enterprises and job interview skills, and guiding students to further clarify the direction of future career choices.

As an important part of the Science and Technology Culture and Art Festival, the "Hundred Lectures" activity has entered its 11th year. Every year, about 70 parent representatives, experts and scholars, representatives of friendly units, and enthusiastic people from various industries are invited into the campus by each class to tell industry stories, scientific and technological development, and life planning, and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, values, and career, and assist the school in career education. This year, the "100 Forum" will hold a wealth of special lectures around the two themes of "career education" and "technology empowerment".
