It is reported that Wuhan Enterprise Research and Development Center is a relatively independent scientific and technological research and development institution established within the enterprise, mainly engaged in the research and development of new technologies, new products, new processes and new materials. In order to further strengthen the main position of enterprise innovation and guide and support enterprises to establish research and development centers, the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Bureau has formulated the "Wuhan Enterprise Research and Development Center Filing Management Measures", giving priority to supporting enterprises that have filed research and development centers to apply for municipal science and technology plan projects, and evaluating the performance of research and development centers every three years, and giving financial support in the form of post-subsidies.

Strive to have more than 400 new technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the warehouse this year, add more than 25 provincial-level specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises, actively promote the digital transformation of more than 30 enterprises, double the number of new high-tech enterprises compared with last year, and increase the proportion of high-tech output value in the total industrial output value above the designated size from 27% to 50%.
