Recently, a 7.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Hualien, Taiwan, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia, a South American country, posted on the social platform on the 5th, saying that "in the face of the deaths, injuries and material losses caused by the earthquake off the coast of Taiwan in recent hours, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia would like to express solidarity with China." In this regard, Geng Shuang, deputy representative of the Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations, expressed "gratitude to the international community for its sympathetic concern for the earthquake in Taiwan" at the Security Council.
In response to this, the foreign affairs department of the DPP authorities vented their anger on the mainland and jumped out to "condemn" the mainland, believing that this was the mainland's international cognitive warfare against Taiwan. In addition to the so-called "solemn protest" against the false remarks spread by Bo Guohu from Chinese mainland, he also falsely claimed that this incident highlights that China (mainland) has only political calculations and no goodwill towards Taiwan, and "condemns it". The green camp on the island also followed suit, slandering that the mainland was "eating Taiwanese tofu" and was "despicable and shameless."
As a matter of fact, this is the "Taiwan independence" mentality of the DPP authorities. The logic is that "China is China, Taiwan is Taiwan," and "the two sides of the strait are not subordinate to each other." Therefore, if an earthquake occurs in Taiwan, the mainland should not thank foreign countries for their condolences to Taiwan on behalf of Taiwan. This logic of the DPP is actually a denial of the fact that "Taiwan is an inalienable part of China." However, at present, the one-China principle is an international trend, and more than 180 countries in the world recognize the one-China principle. The so-called "protest condemnation" by the DPP authorities has no real significance, and is nothing more than a shame and a joke.
In addition, there is another thing that makes the DPP authorities jump on their feet. Recently, the Czech media hyped up the Chinese military attache to "stalk Xiao Meiqin", and the Czech foreign minister also publicly threatened China that "the matter is not over yet". According to the Czech "Info" newspaper recently, after Xiao Meiqin arrived at Prague Airport, the Czech police sent a car to escort her, but during the convoy driving to the city center, a car kept following behind, and ran a red light near the Hilton Hotel where Xiao Meiqin stayed in order to keep up with the convoy, "almost causing a traffic accident."
To this end, a spokesman for the Czech Foreign Ministry said that the Czech Foreign Minister had summoned the Chinese ambassador to the Czech Republic and did not believe that "this incident is over." The Czech Republic is said to be considering listing the Chinese embassy attache as "persona non grata." Wu Siyao, secretary general of the DPP's "Legislative Yuan" caucus, expressed his stance demanding that Chinese mainland "stop this bad act of diplomatic wolf warriors" and hope that the "democratic alliance countries" will "condemn" and counter Chinese mainland. DPP "legislator" Xu Zhijie called Chinese mainland really too arrogant and called on European countries to resist this "bad act" and expel mainland officials.
Whether this matter is true or not, it is an official Czech problem. The Czech authorities first allowed a "Taiwan independence" separatist leader to visit the country in disregard of China's opposition, and then unjustifiably hyped up the "stalking" of Chinese diplomats. As far as the DPP authorities are concerned, no matter how much they follow the West's clamor for "opposing China and resisting China," it will be in vain. For die-hard "Taiwan independence" elements like Hsiao Mei-qin, the earth is completely unsafe because China is getting stronger and stronger. If you have the ability, hurry up and escape to Mars, otherwise you will be liquidated and judged by the mainland sooner or later.
