I remember when I first learned about the tree, I only knew the kind of tree with hairy head that turns into a red ball, sweet in the mouth, and the creaking sound of seeds when chewing, and there was one next to my elementary school, which impressed me deeply.
When my grandmother asked me to eat the spikes, I learned that there were two varieties of the tree, which I thought were rare and amazing.
As for why some people jokingly call it "Cordyceps", I really don't know this, could it be that it just looks like a caterpillar so it is called that? In fact, we don't know how amazing Cordyceps is, but we have heard that it is very precious. Hehe!
