Yoga for adults

【Training target】18-55 years old, law-abiding, healthy, like yoga body dance, limited to 25 people.
【Training time】April to June 2024 (8 classes in total) every Monday night from 19:15 (except statutory holidays)
【Start time】19:15 on April 15, 2024
【Training Location】Minhou County Cultural Center Comprehensive Rehearsal Hall (1)
【Registration Instructions】1. Public welfare training, no charge for any fees;2. Admission 10 minutes in advance, mobile phone on mute, those who cannot come to class on time need to ask for leave in advance, sign in before each class, do not arrive late or leave early. Those who miss class twice without reason will be deemed to have given up automatically, and they are not allowed to sign up for the training program again within one year;3. Students need to bring a copy of their ID card and a one-inch color photo to fill in the registration form when registering;4. Registration time: from now on (until 25 people are registered);5. Students need to bring a non-slip yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, stretch belts, and do not eat for one hour before and after class.

【Teaching Target】18-45 years old, law-abiding, healthy, like dance, with a certain dance foundation, limited to 25 people.
【Teaching time】April to June 2024 (8 classes in total) every Friday night from 19:15 (except public holidays)
【Start time】19:15 on April 12, 2024
【Teaching Location】Minhou County Cultural Center Comprehensive Rehearsal Hall (1)
【Registration Instructions】1. Public welfare training, no charge for public welfare training; 2. Those who enter the class 10 minutes in advance each time and cannot come to class on time need to ask for leave in advance, sign in before each class, and do not arrive late or leave early. Those who miss class twice without reason will be deemed to have given up automatically, and will not be allowed to sign up for the training program again within one year;3. Students need to bring a copy of their ID card and a one-inch color photo to fill in the form when registering;4. Registration time: from now on (until 25 people are registered);5. Interview time: until further notice;6. 【Teaching location】Guqin room of Minhou County Cultural Center
【Registration Instructions】1. Public welfare training, no charge for public welfare training; 2. Those who enter the class 10 minutes in advance each time and cannot come to class on time need to ask for leave in advance, sign in before each class, and do not arrive late or leave early. Those who miss class twice without reason will be deemed to have given up automatically, and they are not allowed to sign up for the training program again within one year;3.
