It is understood that the provincial highway 103 tourist highway that has been completed and opened to traffic starts from the south side of the Hongfu intersection in the central district of the city in the north, and widens and reconstructs along the original provincial highway 103 to the south, passing through the central district of the city and the southern mountainous area to the boundary of Jinan Tai'an, with a total length of 29.5 kilometers, 4 bridges, 3 middle bridges, 7 small bridges, 6 tourist service facilities such as post stations and observation decks, and 67 bus stops, so as to simultaneously enhance the green landscape of the roads along the line.
