On the afternoon of July 24, Guo Dongfeng, editor of the People's Daily, came to Chengdu to exchange views with Guo Chenglin, president of the Sichuan Provincial Community Culture and Art Promotion Association, at shufeng garden.

People's Daily is the organ newspaper of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. As the mouthpiece of the party and the government, as an important window for China's foreign cultural exchanges, and as a stage for showing the vigorous development of a socialist new China, the People's Daily actively publicizes the policy propositions of the party and the government, records the changes in Chinese society, and reports on the changes that are taking place in China. Guo Dongfeng, a well-known reporter of the former Xinhua News Agency and now the editor of the People's Daily Newspaper, went down to the grassroots level to investigate the work of the community, and we are greatly honored.

President Guo introduced to Mr. Guo the main work of the Social Promotion Association in the past two years, especially the work of fighting the epidemic, large-scale cultural activities at the Spring Festival Gala, and improving the ability of community secretaries. After listening to the introduction and flipping through the "Seal of Love" book and the "Sichuan Community Daily", he spoke highly of the work he had done. He believes that it is not easy for a community to do so many things and play a positive leading role in promoting the development of the community. He hoped that in the future, the "Sichuan Community Daily" would publicize more community party building culture, excellent traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage, and family style culture, and should lead through typical demonstrations, so that the vast number of community workers can learn from the goal and set an example.

Guo Dongfeng said that the Provincial Social Security Promotion Council collected more excellent communities and rural revitalization models in Sichuan, and pushed the fine works to the platform of the Central Propaganda Department's "Learning to Strengthen the Country" to better publicize the new achievements of community development governance and rural revitalization.
