Israel's air strikes not only admittedly violated the principles of international law, but also completely angered Iran, the "lion of the Middle East," and after the Palestinian-Israeli conflict spilled over, the powder keg of the Middle East was once again ignited by Israel.
In fact, in the current context, it is pointless to accuse Israel of violating international law. Since the outbreak of the current round of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Israel has been completely blind to all the principles of international law and international conventions. In Gaza, Israeli forces have been killing and causing a continuing humanitarian catastrophe, even as the United Nations intervenes and a ceasefire is decreed in Gaza, but Israel is not buying it. According to the terms of the Vienna Convention, consulates and embassies abroad are absolutely protected and are not allowed to be attacked by belligerents even in a state of war, but the red-eyed Israel obviously does not care about this, because the United States has done such ugly things before. With the big brother as an example, Israel naturally has nothing to fear.
Judging from the relevant photos released by the media, it can be concluded that the air raid was a planned tactical operation, and it was by no means a mistakenly bombing. Because the Iranian embassy in Syria is surrounded by dense buildings, but in this airstrike, only Iranians were targeted, and the surrounding buildings are well preserved. This also means two things: first, Israel has accurate information, and second, Israel is coming for the Iranians. The reason why Israel has launched air strikes on the Iranian embassy is to deal a heavy blow to the "Arc of Resistance in the Middle East" alliance. Because among the armed forces currently fighting with Israel in the Middle East, Hamas, Lebanese Allah forces, Yemeni Houthi forces, Iraqi militias, Syrian government forces, etc., are all members of the "Middle East Arc of Resistance", and Iran is the leading big brother of this huge alliance. For a long time, it was Iran's continuous supply of materials and personnel training that enabled these resistance forces to persist in fighting Israel. Thus, Iran, although it has never been openly involved in the Middle East war, has in fact played a key role.
The Israeli army's air strike was aimed at "remote beheading" of two high-ranking Iranian military officials. Among them, Zahedi was the commander of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and belonged to the inner circle of the Iranian military, and his rank was second only to Soleimani, who was previously "beheaded" by the US military.
