A nonprofit sued the U.S. National Park Service in March over plans to clean up stray cats. Near the Kasbah in the old town of San Juan, Puerto Rico, there are about 200 stray cats that are a blissful nuisance for locals and tourists alike. The U.S. National Park Service has unveiled a plan to work with animal welfare organizations to remove these stray cats from the area and start managing the overflow of stray cats.
