Recently, the construction of the pile foundation of the Chengping Jingping Expressway 4 Standard General Guan Shihe Bridge exceeded 100, laying the foundation for the follow-up construction.

Jiangjunguan Shihe Bridge is a project control project, with a total length of 1,382 meters, a total of 359 pile foundations, a height of more than 45 meters at the bridge pier across the river, and hollow thin-walled piers for high piers.

Since the start of construction, in order to ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of pile foundation construction, technical personnel have been on duty throughout the process, paying close attention to safety and quality, strictly controlling all processes of pile foundation construction, ensuring that each process is rigorous and compliant, each step of operation is accurate in place, and the quality of each pile foundation is up to standard.

The first pouring construction of the prefabricated box girder was successfully completed

Recently, the first piece of prefabricated box girder of the Beishuiquan Bridge of the Chengping Expressway TJ3 Standard Wulingshan Connection Line was successfully poured.

The first piece of prefabricated box girder is the left width of 46-2 and 25 meters of Beishuiquan Bridge, which adopts a single-box single-chamber cross-section, with a beam length of 24.4 meters, a beam top width of 2.4 meters, a bottom width of 1 meter, and a beam height of 1.6 meters.

In order to ensure the smooth pouring of the first prefabricated box girder, the project department attaches great importance to it, carefully plans, strictly checks, and implements the "three inspection system" of self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection. The project team and the construction team work closely together, dynamic tracking, and real-time control to ensure excellent quality and safety and project progress.

Wuling Mountain interchange A ramp roadbed

The AK0+640-AK1+132 paragraph successfully passed the inspection

Recently, the Chengping Expressway TJ3 standard Wulingshan Interchange A ramp roadbed AK0+640-AK1+132 section successfully passed the inspection.

The inspection section is at the Wulingshan interchange toll station AK0+660. Wuling Mountain Interchange is located in the north of Lishugou in Xinglong County, south of Beishuiquan, and intersects with the connection line of Wuling Mountain, meeting the traffic flow of Xinglong County and Wuling Mountain Scenic Area and the traffic needs of the upper and lower expressways in the direction of Chengde and Pinggu. The A ramp is a two-lane ramp in the opposite direction, which is the main passage for the interchange of Wuling Mountain, with a length of 1217.714 meters.

Recently, the paving of the water-stabilized base layer of the South Auxiliary Road of the first work area project in the northern area of Shijiazhuang has been completed.

The total length of the roadbed of the South Auxiliary Road is 9,080 meters, and the paving width is 9 meters for motorized lanes and 4 meters for non-motorized lanes. In order to ensure the smooth paving of the water-stabilized base layer, the project team members took the lead in setting an example, living on the construction site, stationed in the front line, checking hidden dangers, ensuring safety, going deep into the front line to check the construction site in detail, communicating face-to-face with employees, point-to-point entrustment, and creating a safe and stable working environment.

Luanzhou City's Beigu River Slope Bottom Protection Project was completed

Recently, the bank slope protection of the "Beigu River and Moat Comprehensive Treatment Project" of Tangshan Qingshui Runcheng Project has been completed.

The total length of the comprehensive treatment of the Beigu River and the moat is 6.723 kilometers, from the intersection of Shengli Road and Pingqingle Line in Luanzhou City to the entrance of the Luanhe River. Among them, the bank slope protection construction is divided into three parts: the first part of the two banks are protected by masonry inclined walls, the second part of the two banks are protected by PE plastic-coated high galvanized steel wire mesh gabion, the foot of the slope is protected by PE plastic-coated high galvanized steel wire mesh gabion, and the third part of the river bottom is protected by slurry masonry.

After the completion of the project, the ecological water storage landscape of the Beigu River will be formed, so that it will be connected with the moat (water system around the city) landscape green belt, and become a pedestrian green landscape channel connecting the old and new urban areas, which is of great significance to improve the surrounding living environment, enhance the capacity of water resources and promote local economic development.

Recently, the installation of the 220KV high-voltage gantry crane under the 13 standard Tiantongyuan East Station (Line 13A) of Beijing Rail Transit Line 13 has been completed.

The gantry crane uses special environmental conditions, is under the 220KV high-voltage line, the minimum height of the high-voltage line from the ground is 12.5 meters, under the premise that the high-voltage line can not be changed, the project department has successfully solved the problem of the gantry crane under the low headroom high-voltage line by erecting an insulating protective net under the high-voltage line, modifying the gantry crane, etc., and providing guarantee for the smooth completion of the construction.

On April 1, the Tongzhou National Highway 230 road project successfully completed the construction of the pile foundation stage of the Bazhigou Bridge.

Pile foundation engineering is a key project for bridge construction. Due to poor stratum conditions and complex underground pipelines, the project faces many technical and management challenges, during the construction process, the project adjusts the construction plan in a timely manner in strict accordance with the relevant national standards and specifications, effectively copes with the impact of unforeseen factors on the construction progress, and obtains good results in all qualified pile inspections, ensuring the efficient progress of the project.
