The first bridge of Beipanjiang in Guizhou, the world's highest bridge, with a total investment of 1.028 billion yuan, lasted 39 months, and was officially opened to traffic at the end of 2016. The east tower of the bridge is located in Duge Town, Shuicheng County, Guizhou Province, and the west tower is located in Xuanwei Puli, Yunnan Province, with a total length of 1341.4 meters, a main span of 720 meters, a height of 269 meters and a bridge deck of 565 meters from the water surface. Certified by Guinness World Records Co., Ltd., the first bridge of the Beipan River was awarded the title of "the world's highest bridge".
2. Yunnan Jinsha River Bridge (height 512 meters)
The Jinsha River Bridge connects Huixi Town on the right bank with Dukou Town in Sichuan Province on the left bank, with the main span of continuous steel cast-in-place concrete box girder with a span of 158 meters and a side span of composite box girder. The total length of the bridge is 579 meters, and the height is 512 meters. Restricted by the geological conditions of the Jinsha River, the main span pier foundation is up to 100 meters deep, and such a deep pile foundation is very rare in China.
3. Hubei Sidu River Bridge (height 496 meters)
Sidu River Bridge, located in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province, connecting Yichang City and Enshi City of the high-speed passage, is also China's first mountainous area of the large suspension bridge, started construction in 2004, opened to traffic in 2009, with a total investment of 618 million yuan. The height difference between the roadway on the bridge deck and the canyon floor is 496m, and it was once known as the world's highest suspension bridge.
4. Yunnan Pulit Bridge (height 485)
Pulit Bridge, located in Puli Township, Xuanwei City, Yunnan Province, is a bridge across the Puli Grand Canyon, with a total length of 1040 meters, a main span of 628 meters, a height of 485, a total project cost of 519 million yuan, and a contract period of 36 months.
5. Guizhou Guiqian Yachi River Bridge (height 434 meters)
Yachi River Bridge, located in Guizhou Province connecting Bijie City and Guiyang City of the high-speed channel, is located on the Yachi River waterway, started construction in 2014, opened to traffic in 2016, the total length of the line is 1240 meters, the main span is 800 meters long, the height is 434 meters, and the total investment reaches 780 million yuan.
6. Guizhou Weng'an Qingshui River Bridge (height 406 meters)
Qingshui River Bridge, located in Weng'an County, Guizhou Province, is a steel truss girder suspension bridge with a main span of 1,130 meters, the length of the main span is the first in Guizhou Province, and the first steel truss girder suspension bridge in the mountainous areas of Asia, with a height of 406 meters. Construction of the bridge began in 2013 and opened to traffic in 2015.
7. Haijijo Canyon Pipeline Bridge in Papua New Guinea (height 393 meters)
The Haijijo Gorge Pipeline Bridge, located in Ottoma, in the southern highlands of Papua New Guinea, is a tubing suspension bridge with a height of 393 meters.
8. Bad Aru Bridge, Mexico (height 390 meters)
The Bad Aru Bridge in Mexico, located in Mexico, began construction in 2008 and was completed in 2012 at a cost of $159 million. The total length of the bridge is 1,124 meters, the main span is 520 meters, and the height of the bridge deck from the valley floor is 390 meters.
9. Guizhou Xiqian Expressway Liuguanghe Bridge (375 meters)

10. Guizhou Baling River Bridge (height 370 meters)
Baling River Bridge, located in Anshun City, Guizhou Province, Zhenning Autonomous County to Yunnan Shengjingguan Expressway (Zhensheng Expressway) across the Baling River Grand Canyon is a large bridge, the bridge length is 1564 meters, the main span is 1088 meters, the highest pier is 202 meters, the bridge deck height is more than 370 meters, and the total investment is 1.48 billion yuan. The bridge started construction in 2005 and opened to traffic in 2009, and has created six domestic and foreign firsts.
